Job Title: Benefit Systems Associate Account Manager

Hiring Range: $42000 - $52000 annual salary and is commensurate with directly applicable experience and/or direct industry experience

Our Benefit Systems Team works with Benefits Advisors to provide fast enrollment technology that is custom-tailored simple and user-friendly for clients. As a Benefit Systems Associate Account Manager you will manage enrolled cases and maintain relationships with agents and group administrators during the initial set-up of benefit system case installations.
What Our Associate Account Managers Do:
Coordinate and Communicate: coordinate all aspects of initial case setup and online enrollment processes; ensure all relevant information is obtained from the advisor and the employee group information is distributed to the appropriate TCG departments; monitor and communicate progress to advisors and group administrators throughout the installation process
Demonstrate and Assess: conduct system tests with Implementation Specialist to verify accuracy; perform system demonstrations with advisors and group administrators as needed prior to release to ensure proper system functionality for clients
Engage as a Team Player: Serves as the go-to resource for internal Group Operations departments; provide on-the-job training for new employees
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance of deadlines while managing and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication interpersonal and customer services skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Demonstrated proficiency in all parts of position within 9-12 months
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel Outlook and Teams) as well as working knowledge of Adobe and general knowledge of databases
