Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Benefit Service Representative to join our this role you will handle incoming calls and provide assistance to subscribers providers and group administrators regarding their benefits and claims.

Schedule

• Training: 45 weeks

  • MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Post-Training (Hybrid):

  • MondayThursday: shifts between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM 4:45 PM

• No weekends required

• Candidates must be able to work until 6:00 PM during the week

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to benefit-related inquiries

• Assist subscribers providers and group administrators

• Research and resolve claim issues

• Process claim corrections and monitor adjudication adjustments

• Return calls to providers and subscribers as needed

• Document all calls and enter detailed notes in the system

• Route calls and issues to the appropriate department for resolution

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

• High level of dependability and professionalism

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call-center environment

Additional Requirements

• All candidates will be subject to pre-employment screenings

• High School Graduate / GED required
