Bell Services Golf Cart Attendant

Our Bell Services team keeps the resort running smoothly during our busiest guestinteraction hours. If you enjoy an energetic environment love helping guests settle in and take pride in delivering warm memorable service this shift is ideal. You will demonstrate Westgates core values of Passion Integrity and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.

As a key member of our Bell Services team you ensure smooth safe and welcoming experiences for guests arriving departing or exploring the resort. Youll combine guest service excellence with golf cart and vehicle operations making every interaction warm efficient and memorable.

As a Bell Services - Golf Cart Attendant you will:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Escort guests to rooms assist with luggage and explain resort amenities
• Support room shows tours and transportation needs for Front Office and Sales
• Deliver packages mail amenity baskets and room keys
• Offer directions shuttle information and local recommendations
• Report damages safety concerns and lostandfound items promptly
• Stage clean inspect and maintain golf carts and luggage carts
• Ensure carts are charged damagefree and ready for use
• Track cart usage and maintain accountability logs
• Provide onproperty transportation using golf carts vans and resort vehicles
• Assist Bell Services and other departments as needed

What you will bring:

• Must be 21 with a valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record
• Availability for afternoonPM shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ability to operate golf carts and up to a 15passenger van safely
• Strong communication and guestservice skills
• A professional polished appearance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• A calm friendly demeanor when resolving guest concerns
