Job Description

What You Will Do

• Greet guests with warmth and help with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features and amenities.
• Run errands for guests deliver packages and assist with valet or transportation needs.
• Keep lobby and front drive clean organized and guest-ready.
• Assist with storing luggage managing lost & found and responding to guest requests.

What We Are Looking For

• Guest service experience preferred You know how to create a warm welcoming first impression.
• Friendly professional attitude Because kindness is always in style.
• Good communication skills Clear courteous and helpful with every guest interaction.
• Physically ready Able to lift luggage stand and walk for most of your shift.
• Flexible availability Guests arrive at all hours and youre ready to roll with it.
