We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Bell Attendant to join our this role you are often the very first and final touchpoint of a guests experience. Your warmth attention to detail and dedication to service help set the tone for every stay and leave a lasting impression long after departure.
What Youll Do
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage transportation and vehicle loading and unloading.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about property amenities dining and local attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance with safety security and ADA accessibility standards.
- Communicate effectively with Front Office Housekeeping Engineering and other departments.
- Maintain a clean organized work area and polished professional appearance.
- Uphold company service standards and protect guest and company property.

- Strong communication customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift carry push and pull 50 pounds.
