We specialize in providing a wide range of support services including behavioral health care therapeutic youth programming peer support case management and more. As a Behavioral Health Technician youll play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs. You will work closely with children adults and families to provide compassionate community-based care that fosters personal growth and stability. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

In this role you will: - Provide direct support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs. - Assist with implementing therapeutic and community-based programs. - Collaborate with team members to deliver case management and resource navigation services. - Support clients in achieving their personal goals and maintaining stability. - Ensure a safe respectful and supportive environment for clients. - Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Were looking for someone who: - Has at least 3 years of experience in behavioral health social services or a related field. - Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Is compassionate patient and dedicated to helping others succeed. - Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Is organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. - Has a commitment to upholding the mission and values of Connected Crew Health.
