How youll contribute

A Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)who excels in this role:

• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living.

• Provides or assists with providing direct patient care diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.

• Observes and records patient behavior and activities. Reports any changes in physical mental or emotional condition to nursing staff and suggests modifications to the treatment plan.

• Provides crisis intervention with incoming calls and on the unit to maintain safety.

What were looking for

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:

• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred

• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 45 days of hire.

• Handle with Care (HWC) must be obtained within 45 days of hire.

Schedule: 3x12 Days (7a-7p) rotating weekends
