Behavioral Health Paraprofessional

Job Summary
- Screen and observe students (grades K3) for program eligibility
- Meet weekly with each eligible child individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with families to develop individualized support plans
- Schedule and facilitate two parent conferences during the school year
- Coordinate with school staff and families to ensure appropriate services
- Link families to additional Compass Health programs and resources as needed
- Maintain accurate timely documentation and meet productivity expectations
- Attend required team meetings training and supervision sessions
Professional or practical history working with children preferred
- Love working with young children and have a calm compassionate presence
- Are organized dependable and comfortable working in a school setting
- Communicate well with both families and school staff
- Are curious and eager to learn from experienced behavioral health professionals
- Are culturally responsive and committed to supporting diverse families
- Want to be part of a supportive mission-driven organization
