Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinician with a big heart to join us. The Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinician is responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for assigned addition Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinician will provide individual and family therapy and other support services to assigned clients while assisting the treatment team in the evaluation of clinical services.

Remarkable ways you will be making a difference:
- Maintains clinical case load
- Provides counseling services for identified clients and their support network
- Performs comprehensive formal and functional assessments
- Implements coordinates monitor documents and evaluate measurable treatment goals
- Maintains required productivity
- Participates in clinical staffing for clients
- Interacts professionally with parents school medical personnel and others stakeholders with professionalism and the highest levels of interpersonal and customer service skills
What you need to be considered:
- Masters degree required. Degree in social work psychology counseling or applicable discipline preferred
- LCSW LMHC or LMFT required
- A minimum of 1 year of social work or counseling experience. Experience working with children with challenging behaviors developmental and/or emotional disabilities is desired
- Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements
- Valid Indiana drivers license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damars insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)
- Be clear of any felony convictions substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions
- Successfully complete a pre-employment physical
- Favorably meet and maintain Damars background screening
Essential Job Functions
The essential functions of this position require the physical ability and mobility needed to perform the job. This includes the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; occasionally stoop bend kneel crouch reach and twist; lift carry push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.; operate office equipment including a computer keyboard; travel to other locations using private or commercial transportation; and communicate effectively to exchange information.
The position also requires the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to client behaviors staff instructions safety concerns and emergencies in an environment where individuals may display aggressive self-injurious sexually maladaptive elopement or other unpredictable behaviors.
Regular and acceptable attendance excluding approved absences and periods of leave is also an essential function of the position.
