Join us today and experience a career well are expanding services and seeking a talented Behavioral Consultant (BC) to provide services to our Pennsylvania experienced team of professionals provides Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) in the home community and school environments. We work one-on-one with Children who have a primary or anticipated diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder children who have been diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities and Intellectual and Developmental Delays to help them grow and learn to the best of their abilities. We also work closely with the family involving them in the therapeutic process. Our mission is to help children of all abilities thrive! This opportunity is highly flexible and can be a primary or secondary job that can work around your scheduling description:Design treatment plans and behavioral interventions by gathering and analyzing dataFunctions as the Lead member of the Multidisciplinary Treatment TeamCompletes social history evaluations of assigned youth in a timely manner demonstrating good interviewing and assessment skillsConsults with parents and other team members regularly and provides therapeutic programming materialsMaintains appropriate and timely communication with family referral sources MENTOR and agencies responsible for youths treatment welfare and/or dispositionCompletes all documentation including treatment planning progress notes monthly reviews and periodic assessments maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures of the programActively participates in planning aftercare and discharge servicesAttends peer review once a monthOther duties as outlined in contractMinimum Requirements:One of the following requirements must be degree in psychology social work education or counseling AND one year of full-time experience providing mental health services to children or young degree in psychology social work education counseling or related field AND completed a clinical or mental health direct service we offer:Dynamic work environment no day is ever the same as the nextAdvancement opportunities within our nation-wide NetworkCompetitive compensationFlexible work schedulesCome join our growing team - Apply Today!
