About Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare
Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides comprehensive therapeutic support services designed to address a wide range of emotional behavioral and developmental challenges. Our approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and our team of highly trained professionals is dedicated to providing individualized care for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in the home and community to both youth and caregivers
  • Implement treatment plans
  • Deliver services as directed by the supervising therapist including:
    • Using evidence-based interventions and positive reinforcement
    • Assist parents/guardians with treatment plan implementation
    • Collect track and report progression or regression (including graphs when required)
    • Submit accurate weekly clinical progress notes within 24 hours of service provision
    • Assist with caregiver/staff training under the guidance of a supervising therapist.
    • Recognize prevent and intervene in crisis situations appropriately
    • Participate in required training and maintain compliance with all agency policies

Qualifications:
  • Must complete theNJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certificationwithin 6 months of hire
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology Social Work or related field
  • 24 years of experience in behavioral healthcare preferably working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities or mental illness
  • Valid New Jersey Drivers License
  • Must pass all state and federal background checks
    • A pre-employment post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role.
