Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the home and community to both youth and caregivers
- Implement treatment plans
- Deliver services as directed by the supervising therapist including:
- Using evidence-based interventions and positive reinforcement
- Assist parents/guardians with treatment plan implementation
- Collect track and report progression or regression (including graphs when required)
- Submit accurate weekly clinical progress notes within 24 hours of service provision
- Assist with caregiver/staff training under the guidance of a supervising therapist.
- Recognize prevent and intervene in crisis situations appropriately
- Participate in required training and maintain compliance with all agency policies

- Reliability and attentiveness with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for behavioral/developmental disabilities
Qualifications:
- Must complete theNJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certificationwithin 6 months of hire
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Social Work or related field
- 24 years of experience in behavioral healthcare preferably working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities or mental illness
- Valid New Jersey Drivers License
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- A pre-employment post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role.
- Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish-speaking) encouraged to apply.
