Behavioral Analyst Remote

micro1 is seeking Behavioral Analysts to support an AI training project. Youll apply your expertise in behavioral observation and analysis to help improve how AI systems understand human interactions. No prior AI experience is required.

• Analyze text audio and video to identify behavioral cues including tone gestures and speech patterns.
• Annotate and explain behavioral data for AI training.
• Create scenario-based training materials.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness.
• Refine annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Document behavioral insights and best practices.
• Provide feedback and support process improvement.

Experience in behavioral therapy counseling theater/acting coaching or another field involving behavioral observation and analysis.

Strong candidates should be able to recognize subtle differences in tone speech body language and gestures communicate observations clearly and create effective training materials.
