Job Summary

Behavioral Aides - Licking Regional Educational Service Center is seeking two compassionate dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Aides in the emotional disturbance or autism this rewarding role you will work alongside intervention specialists to support students with emotional behavioral and autism-related needs in a structured educational environment. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans collecting student data assisting with classroom instruction supporting students with daily living skills supervising students throughout the school day and providing help to create a safe positive and engaging learning environment. Successful candidates are patient collaborative adaptable and committed to helping every student reach their full potential. Training including Behavior Technician competencies and crisis intervention techniques will be provided as required. Successful candidates must have or be willing to apply for an Educational Aide permit and complete BCII and FBI background checks at the time of hire.
