Behavior Therapist For Autism (ABA) Center & In Home Support

Location:Victorville California (92395)

Schedule:Part-Time to Full-Time MondayFriday 8:00 AM6:30 PM.

• This is a hybrid role providing ABA support to clientsin-center and in-home between our two centers.
• Center sessions occur between 8 AM5 PM and in-home sessions may take place afterward ending as late as 7 PM. Schedules are planned in advance so you always know what your day looks like.

As an Associate Behavior Therapist at Accel Therapies youll:

• Get in there and playyoull deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Track progress like a proyoull collect data on every goal every day. Our tech tools make it seamless.
• Be the reason a kid says their first word or makes a new friendyoull teach real-world meaningful skills that last a lifetime.

• You are at least 18 years old (required)
• Youve got your high school diploma or GED (required)
• You haveavailability from 8:00 AM to 6:30PM Monday through Friday
• You have your own reliable transportation
• Youre reliable communicative and eager to learn
• You enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare tutoring or therapy (a plus!)
• Youre playful patient and positive
