• Monday - Friday: Between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

SparkJoy ABA in partnership with Finni Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Ashland OH.

Your Role:

• Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans

• Teach communication daily living and social skills

• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs

• Support families through parent training and consistent communication

• Work Environment - This job operates in a clients home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

What You Bring:

• 1 year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities

• Strong communication time management and organizational skills

• A passion for helping children grow and succeed

• Reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland OH

Job Details:

• Part-time: 15 hours/week

• Pay: $17$22/hr
