What Youll Do

As a Behavior Technician youll play a hands-on role in supporting children through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Youll work 1:1 with clients guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Autism Specialist (AS) helping each child build communication social and daily living skills.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive clinic environment

• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors

• Collecting and recording data in real time

• Collaborating with a team of passionate clinicians and leaders

• Celebrating every milestone no matter how small

• A genuine love for working with children and families

• A team player with strong communication skills

• Reliable flexible and eager to learn

• 40-hour RBT Training (must be completed prior to starting)

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework in psychology education or related fields a plus!)

• At least 1 year experience working with children; autism or special needs preferred

• Prior ABA experience is highly preferred - we provide hands-on training.
