Love working with kids as a nanny early childhood educator paraeducator special education aide tutor coach or camp leader Bring that experience to our center-based ABA program. At JumpStart Autism Collective you will receive paid training that exceeds industry standards earn your RBT certification and help children ages one to twelve build language play self-help and social skills. We pair ABA with Precision Teaching so you learn to make evidence-based decisions. You will be part of a supportive team with Clinical Psychologists BCBAs and seasoned RBTs who mentor you review data with you and cheer your wins. Pay and schedule:
Training pay is $18.50 to $19.50 per hour. After training $20.50 to $21.50 per hour depending on experience. Full time Behavior Technicians work Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm guaranteed 30 to 40 hours. Part time Behavior Technicians choose a steady block between mornings 7:45 am to 1:15 pm or afternoons 11:45 am to 5:15 pm guaranteed 20 to 30 hours. No evenings. No weekends.

What you will do:
Complete our in-depth paid training program and earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Once out of training you will provide one-on-one therapy with children diagnosed with autism follow individualized plans take accurate data keep learning spaces safe and organized collaborate closely with other RBTs and BCBAs and make learning fun!

What you bring:
Love for working with children reliability coachability and clear communication. High school diploma or equivalent at least 18 years old a valid drivers license and a reliable insured and registered vehicle are required.
