Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Lansing Michigan

Job Type: Part-Time (approx 20 hours/week) Weekday Mornings/Afternoons
Location: In-Person - Lansing MI
Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Who We Are:

Were a small BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drillsjust meaningful skill-building through play in homes schools and communities. Were growing intentionally and we need playful patient and observant people to join our team.

What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques

• Work in homes and community settings (parks libraries schools)

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team

• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors

• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time

• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)

• Previous experience working with children

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
