Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 1585 N Milwaukee Ave Ste 101 Libertyville IL 60048

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary / up to 4 evening per week till 6pm)

Compensation: $19.00-$21.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pedatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun collaborative multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role youll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.

• Detail-Oriented: Collect record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a childs progress
• Personalized Treatment: Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis in their home and in our center
• Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA

• High school diploma/GED required
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
• 1 Year of OP Experience
