Behavior Support Specialists

Pay:$20.05 $23.03/hour (based on experience)

Full-Time Shifts Available:

7:00 AM 3:00 PM

2:00 PM 10:00 PM

10:00 PM 8:00 AM

STAIRS is an innovative residential treatment program supporting children and adolescents with autism and intellectual disabilities. As a Behavior Support Specialistyoullprovide hands-on care build meaningful relationships and help individuals reach their goals in a safe supportive environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED(Bachelorspreferred)

Must be 21 years old

Valid Drivers License with at least 3 years of clean driving record

Ability to administer CPR/First Aid

Ability to implement crisis interventions
