Behavior Management Monitor-$6000 New Hire BonusThe Behavior Management Monitor role provides community-based behavioral therapeutic services to youth and families. Working closely with the Behavior Management Therapist and the support and guidance of a qualified Clinician we aim to assist the youth and family in achieving the goals set forth in the treatment plan and functional behavioral assessments (FBA) of youth. This position is Monday-Friday day and after school :Provide In-Home Behavioral Services to identified youth and families within a given catchment areaWork with Masters level Behavior Management Therapist in implementing the therapeutic objectives of the treatment planMonitor progress of the functional behavioral assessments (FBA) of youthTeach youth to understand direct interpret manage and control feelings and emotional responses to patterns of interaction with youth & family to enhance problem-solving limit-setting safety planning communication and skill-building to strengthen the family skills training and demonstrate application of such to youth & and utilize community resources with youth & clinician and/or supervisor informed of progress on all behavioral to recommendations from clinician and/or documentation according to schedule established by the clinic; remain compliant with documentation of for transporting persons servedQualifications:Associates Degree in a human service field from an accredited university and minimum of (3) year of behavioral experience working with children adolescents or transition-age youthOr; Bachelors degree in a human service field from an accredited university and minimum of (1) year of behavioral experience working with children adolescents or transition-age be willing to work some mornings afternoons and early evenings/after school hold and maintain a valid drivers license and own a reliable Join UsSalary $51000Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company time off and holiday work adding value to the organizations mission alongside a great team of job security with nationwide career development and advancement have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply Today!
