Job Summary
Hourly Pay: $17.50 - $19.50
On-Site: 2172 E. 7200 S. Spanish Fork UT 84660
Schedule: Full-time and part-time available
Shifts:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
- AM Shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM 12:00 AM
Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday
- AM Shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM 12:00 AM
Every Other Sunday (Required)
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents
Lead and participate in daily routines group activities and therapeutic programming
Support the development of healthy coping skills communication and emotional regulation
Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits
Maintain a safe structured traumainformed environment
Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans
Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership
Use safe verbal deescalation and physical intervention skills when needed
Paid training provided including substance use recovery support and crisis intervention techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months
- Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Permit before the first day of work
