Behavior Health Technician Stabilization & Assessment

Hourly Pay: $17.50 - $19.50

On-Site: 2172 E. 7200 S. Spanish Fork UT 84660

• Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents

• Lead and participate in daily routines group activities and therapeutic programming

• Support the development of healthy coping skills communication and emotional regulation

• Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits

• Maintain a safe structured traumainformed environment

• Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans

• Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership

• Use safe verbal deescalation and physical intervention skills when needed

Paid training provided including substance use recovery support and crisis intervention techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a Utah State background check
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months
• Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Permit before the first day of work
