About the Role:As a Behavior Health Technician youll work one-on-one with children and adolescents in community settings. Youll help build communication social emotional and behavioral skills while making a lasting impact on the lives of youth and their families.

Schedule: Full-Time
Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour (based on experience and credentials)

What Youll Do
- Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in home school daycare and community settings
- Help children build communication social emotional regulation and problem-solving skills
- Support positive behavior change using strategies taught through our ABA training program
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by clinical supervisors
- Collaborate with families teachers and treatment team members to support client success
- Build positive trusting relationships with clients and their support systems
- Collect and document session data and progress notes accurately and promptly
- Participate in ongoing training supervision and team meetings
- Travel between client locations throughout the community

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children or adolescents in any capacity including:
- Childcare Daycare Teaching or educational settings coaching or sports programs summer camps youth programs Behavioral health or human services mentoring or volunteer work with youth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining a part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between service locations
- Commitment to helping children and families achieve their goals
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus but not required
