Job Specifics:As a Behavior Health Technician you will:

  • Work with children/adolescents one-on-one in the school setting implementing behavioral health interventions as documented in the treatment plan.
  • Train the school staff to implement the interventions described in the treatment plan.
  • Collaborate with the childs family as needed.
  • Collaborate with the other team members such as Behavior Consultant Mobile Therapist and school staff.
  • Receive regular supervision to increase knowledge and competency in delivering interventions.
  • Collect data on identified behaviors to support progress with treatment.
  • Document services provided in the agency Electronic Medical Record

Individuals shall meet one of the following criteria:

-Have a high school diploma and have completed the RBT task list training

-Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the provision of behavioral health and completed the RBT task list training

In this role you will assist children/adolescents primarily in Northeast Philadelphia.

You will be part of a dynamic team with Behavior Consultants and Mobile Therapists to create positive behavior change and improved day to day functioning for the identified youth!
