PRO ABA Services is seeking exceptional Behavior Consultants (Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)/Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS)) to provide IBHS services to children/youth in home school and community settings.

- Location: Scranton PA
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours based on candidate preference and client availability

Behavior Consultants will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the connection with client families.
- Completing skills and behavior assessments.
- Creating and implementing individual treatment plans.
- Supervising and conducting hands-on training of the Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborating with other therapies and service providers.
- Completing documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing
What You Bring:
- PA Behavior Specialist License with a minimum of 12 credit-hours of ABA coursework
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred
- A minimum of one-year experience with the implementation of ABA treatment plans and data collection and analysis
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Safety-Care certification is a plus
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
