What you will do:

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) skill-based assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP ABLLS AFLS) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Deliver services in the home school clinic and other community settings
• Collaborate with families collateral providers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Provide modeling training and consultation to caregivers and program staff
• Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and strategies based on data

What youll bring:

• Masters degree in a mental health-related field (required)
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and providing community-based behavioral services
• Knowledge and practice in conducting FBAs designing BIPs and coaching caregivers
• BCBA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)
• Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally (required)

• Culturally competent and able to support individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Must be at least 21 years old
