AlphaBEST Education After School Group Leader

Location: Vanguard Schools (Upper/lower location) Colorado Springs CO 80905

Schedule: No weekends! Monday-Friday 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Heres what youll need:

• Must have a minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4) and be 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)

Pay & Benefits:

• $17.00 per hour (must have proof of experience)

As an AlphaBEST Guide youll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
• Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
