  • JOB GOAL:
    To provide the school site with organized and safe enrichment programs for children before and/or after school as well as during school breaks.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. High school diploma required.
    2. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
    3. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
    4. Must pass a background clearance
    5. Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
    6. Excellent attendance.
    7. CPR/First Aid certified.


    TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:180 Days; 9 Months
    COMPENSATION:Per QCUSD salary schedule for applicable position
    BENEFITS: As per QCUSD District policy
    REPORTS TO: Director of Community Education
    HOURS: 25per week Monday - Friday 6:30-7:45 & 2:30-6:00
    CLASSIFICATION: HourlyNon-exempt

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following:
    2. Supports QCUSD vision mission and goals.
    3. Assists in planning coordinating monitoring and evaluating program implementation
    4. Exhibits excellent organizational leadership and teamwork skills.
    5. Interact positively with parents/guardians vendors and site/district staff.
    6. Communicates needs of program with department leadership
    7. Implements and supports district-wide initiatives and programs.
    8. Maintains confidentiality.
    9. Coordinates and communicates effectively with school and district employees.
    10. Performs other job-related duties as assigned to advance district priorities.
    11. Fills in for Supervisor as needed.
