Before and After School Site Director Summer and Fall

Location(s) NOW HIRING for our summer camp that is going on currently until August 8th then joining us back on August 10th for our school year before and after care.

Location for summer camp and fall site director at CW Shipley Elementary School Harpers Ferry WVA

Pay: 18.50

Hours: Summer camp is Monday through Friday flexible hours needed for summer camp 6:30AM-12:30PM AND OR 12:30PM-6PM. The fall school year is Monday through Friday 6:15am-9am and pm shift 3pm-6pm.

As an AlphaBEST Site Director youll lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps kids learn grow and thrive.

• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role you will:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules ratios staffing and documentation
• Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Maintain licensing compliance documentation and readiness for inspections
• Track and manage site resources attendance and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor your site team providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families school staff and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
