Before and After-school Program Leader- San Ramon Valley CA
Pay:$23/per hour

In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As a Program Leader we are looking for individuals to inspire spark curiosity encourage creativity foster a sense of community warmth and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child.

Start Date: Mid to late June
Location: Rancho Romero Elementary School & Creekside Elementary School
Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday (3 different start times available) -No weekends!

Heres what youll need:
- Must have 15 semester units or equivalent quarter units from an accredited college or university.
- At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center
- 12 units of courses that cover child growth and development human growth and development child family and community or program/curriculum
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
As an AlphaBEST Program Leader youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
