- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred
- Active HHA license preferred
- Physically able to perform caregiving duties
- Comfortable handling body fluids and following safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meets all required employment qualifications
- Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Follow each patients individualized care plan
- Observe and report changes in the patients condition to the supervising nurse
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with patients families and supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
- Submit all required documentation promptly
