Beauty & Lifestyle Partnerships Manager

The Only Agency is seeking a Beauty & Lifestyle Partnerships Manager to join our Los Angeles or New York team. This role will lead the development and execution of strategic brand partnerships for our roster of celebrity beauty artists. Working closely with the Senior Director Beauty Partnerships Coordinator PR teams agents and artists the ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a deep understanding of the beauty industry influencer marketing and celebrity talent. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects while identifying new partnership opportunities that elevate our artists and strengthen relationships with leading beauty brands. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty celebrity culture and brand storytelling with your finger on the pulse of emerging trends brands and digital platforms.

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand partnership strategies aligned with each artists career goals
• Identify pitch negotiate and secure partnership opportunities with beauty brands
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing beauty & lifestyle brand partners
• Build long-term relationships to ensure The Only Agency artists are consistently considered for campaigns events and collaborations
• Negotiate partnership agreements contracts and compensation while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
• Collaborate with artists to develop authentic engaging content that aligns with both artist and brand objectives
• Partner closely with Beauty Agents PR teams and internal stakeholders to execute partnership campaigns seamlessly
• Coordinate campaign timelines deliverables approvals and asset management to ensure deadlines are met
• Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future partnership opportunities
• Stay informed on beauty industry trends influencer marketing best practices social media platforms and competitor activity
• Research emerging brands industry trends and audience insights to identify new opportunities
• Effectively communicate with celebrity artists and manage scheduling related to partnership obligations
• Maintain a proactive artist-first mindset while balancing business objectives
• Represent The Only Agency professionally while building relationships throughout the beauty industry

• 3 years of experience in beauty lifestyle or influencer marketing talent partnerships beauty partnerships public relations or a related field
• Previous experience working at a beauty brand talent agency influencer agency or beauty-focused PR agency preferred
• Established relationships with beauty brands and key industry contacts
• Experience executing partnerships with celebrity talent influencers or artists
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term partnership strategies
• Excellent negotiation skills with experience managing contracts and partnership agreements
• Strong project management organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms influencer marketing tools and campaign analytics
• Creative mindset with an eye for compelling storytelling and content opportunities
• Ability to identify emerging beauty trends and translate them into partnership opportunities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive solutions-oriented approach
• Passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of the celebrity and influencer landscape

At The Only Agency we value in-person collaboration. This role is based out of our Los Angeles or New York office and requires a presence in the office four days per week.

• Salary range: $75000-$115000 depending on experience
