About Us
The Role:
We are looking for a BDR Manager to join Narmis growth organization. Youll own outbound pipeline generation building and optimizing the operational foundation for our BDR team while staying hands-on as a coach and individual contributor. Youll partner with sales leadership to scale our outbound motion while contributing to outreach yourself.
What Youll Do
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures outreach cadences and target account lists based on team performance and feedback
- Coach and mentor individual BDRs provide feedback and model best practices
- Drive team engagement through competitions and incentive programs
- Contribute directly to pipeline generation alongside the team
What Youll Bring
- 5 years of experience in sales operations revenue operations or a related role supporting a BDR or SDR organization
- 3 Experience coaching or mentoring sales reps
- Proven experience building and optimizing outreach cadences and sequences with personal prospecting success
- Experience building and deploying systems that drove measurable improvements to core metrics
- Strong communicator with cross-functional sales marketing and operations experience
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with sales engagement platforms
- Experience with sales intelligence and prospecting tools
- Experience with HubSpot
- Prior experience building and scaling BDR or SDR organizations

- Performance data informs strategic decisions and continuous improvement
- Individual BDRs improve their skills and perform at higher levels through your coaching and mentorship

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $100000 - $131000 per year. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. You will also receive commission to reach a mutually agreed upon addition to base salary and commissions you will receive an equity option grant and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidates skills experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
