Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with serviceappointments.
- Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email phone and live chat scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications
- Hours of operation will be 8:30am - 8pm with rotating Saturday shift shift hours will vary
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Team player with collaborative attitude
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Call center experience a plus
- Dealership experience a plus
- Bilingual a plus
