RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answeringscreening andforwardingincoming calls.

• Creating Service Appointments.

• Placing outbound calls to dealership customers.

• Ability to worka schedulewith some weeknights till 8:00pm and Saturdays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

• Customer Serviceexperience desired but notrequired.

• Excellent communicationandinterpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
