• The Coordinators are responsible for aiding the Sales and Service Teams with overflowing customers via phone call internet lead submissions and in person opportunities.
• Assist in attending to all inquiries and customers in a timely fashion
• Set appointments for in person visits call backs video communication etc.
• Gather as much information as possible and build immediate rapport
• Execute strengthened handoffs of live opportunities to ensure our best chances at converting
