BDC AgentScheduler

Job Summary:
Crest Lincoln Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-service oriented BDC Agent to join our team in Sterling Heights Michigan. As a BDC Agent you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time individual contributor position with a base hourly pay plus commission.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various communication methods to effectively connect with potential customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries from customers accurately gathering necessary information and providing assistance with scheduling appointments
- Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to potential customers to promote and sell products and services
- Maintain customer database and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth and efficient process for customers
- Meet and exceed set sales goals and metrics
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and information to effectively promote and sell products and services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Must be a self-motivated and team-oriented individual with a positive attitude
