Were looking for a motivated organized and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our Honda team. This is not a sit around and wait job its fast-paced team-oriented and perfect for someone who likes connecting with people and making things happen.

What Youll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone text email and online chat
• Schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers and keep communication flowing
• Help create an exceptional first impression for our dealership
• Work closely with our service teams
• Keep customer information accurate and organized

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Comfortable on the phone and with computers
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable motivated and team-oriented
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required
