What to expect.
As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) you:
- Are responsible for the timely completion of functional behavioral assessments and behavioral intervention plans on all children assigned to the Autism program.
- Prepare Positive Behavior Support and Management Plans train staff in their administration and reassess and revise plans as needed.
- Supervise Assistant Behavior Specialist(s) and/or Resource Specialist(s) assigned to program.
- Work with education and treatment team; serve as a resource to teachers staff and family regarding behavior support and management.
- Depending on credentials and licensure may work independently or under appropriate supervision by a licensed professional.

The pay range for this position is $58401.82 to $90195.04/year. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- Requires Masters degree in applied behavior analysis behavioral psychology special education or closely related field of study and 2-3 years behavior assessment and management experience with assigned patient population and persons with developmental disabilities and/or autism.
- Internal candidates with Bachelors degrees and 4-5 years relevant experience will be considered provided they are enrolled in Masters degree programs upon hire into the position and remain enrolled until completion.
- Work requires possession of BCBA at the time of appointment and continuously while in the position. Possession of supervision certification is a plus. Possession of LBA is a plus.
- Requires experience with computer software including Microsoft Excel and data collection and analysis.
