Your Role:
- Maintenance of standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management - caseload of approximately 8-10 clients
- Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
- Conduct assessments
- Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals
- Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
- Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists occupational therapists physical therapists and psychologists
- Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs
Requirements:
- Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders required experience in ABA
- Passing background screening and verification
- Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism
