Hilo HI
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
- Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming.
- Collect analyze and graph client data to monitor treatment progress.
- Assist with functional behavior assessments and treatment plan implementation.
- Provide caregiver training under BCBA supervision.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as appropriate.
- Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback to RBTs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members physicians educators and caregivers.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and organizational policies.
- Participate in team meetings ongoing training and professional development.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Must obtain Hawaii state license in behavior analysis prior to start date
- Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Interest in professional development and advancement
- Solid communication skills
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
- Bachelors degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education Special Education or related field.
- Active state licensure (if required by state regulations).
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel locally to client homes schools and community settings.
