• Competitive LPN base pay: Starting at $30 per hour and increasing based on experience.
• Baylor nurses receive an additional $4 per hour shift differential on Friday Saturday and Sunday.
• Baylor nurses also receive 25% Baylor pay.
• Pay in lieu of benefits: $2.00/hour

Position Summary

As a Nurse at Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab you will play a crucial role in providing resident care under the supervision of the attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
• Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents conditions.
• Carrying out various nursing procedures including catheter care dressing changes and administering respiratory treatments.
• Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
• Preferred: 2 years of nursing experience but not required.

Work Environment

• Physical exertion involving pushing pulling or lifting up to 35 pounds occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing or walking with occasional bending and reaching.
• Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
