Seeking Fresh Graduates in Electrical Engineering or relevant fields to gain experience in the renewable energy industry
Location: Mount Pleasant PA
Pay: $70k-$79k Overtime

Job Duties:
- Execute product specific test plans and procedures based on a specific set of instructions
- Collect and store test data
- Summarize findings in clear and concise reports.
- Create records of test procedures results and observations.
- Set up and operate testing equipment and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with test lead to drive tasks onsite.
Requirements:
- Knowledge with different types of control systems and communication protocols such as Modbus RS485 and CAN
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise with test equipment
- Ability to quickly pick up on tasks (technical aptitude)
- Experience working safely around and hands-on with BESS equipment (or other relevant technology)
- Experience/Familiarity with energy storage systems and related technologies.
- Experience with product testing and instrumentation tools.
- Strong communicator (written and verbal).
- Good technical writing skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office Tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Outlook)
