Key Responsibilities

Operate production machines safely and efficiently
Accurately weigh materials and follow precise measurements
Perform basic math calculations (addition subtraction division percentages)
Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Conduct quality checks and report issues promptly
Work collaboratively to meet production goals

Qualifications

Ability to read and write in English
Pass a basic math assessment (4 questions: addition subtraction division percentage)
Prior manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
