• Middle School Girls Basketball Assistant Coach

Lehigh Valley Academy is seeking experienced and enthusiastic coaches to join our athletics department for the winter basketball season. We are hiring for several coaching roles at the high school middle school and elementary levels including a key leadership position to coordinate our Youth Basketball Program.

• Assistant and head coaching roles at the middle and high school levels will support player development team-building and competitive performance while fostering sportsmanship and school spirit.

• Plan and lead skill-appropriate practices and game strategies
  
  
• Supervise players during all practices games and travel
  
  
• Promote team collaboration sportsmanship and student growth
  
  
• Coordinate with athletic leadership school staff and families
  
  
• Ensure adherence to school and league policies for eligibility conduct and safety

• Prior experience coaching or playing basketball (school or club level) preferred
  
  
• Knowledge of basketball rules technique and skill progression
  
  
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
  
  
• Commitment to youth development and student-athlete well-being
  
  
• Must meet all PA Department of Education clearance requirements
