• Instruction and Skill Development:
  • Teach young athletes the fundamental skills and techniques of Baseball
  • Implement age-appropriate drills and exercises to enhance players Baseball abilities (Practice plans created and provided by i9 Sports).
  • Provide constructive feedback to help players improve their performance.
  • Complete mandatory pre season training sessions (Financially Compensated)
• Game Officiating:
  • Serve as an official for youth T-Ball & Baseball games ensuring fair play and adherence to rules.
  • Maintain a professional and unbiased demeanor while officiating games.
  • Address rule violations and conflicts with fairness and diplomacy.
• Safety and Supervision:
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during practices & games.
  • Supervise and manage groups of young athletes maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Address any safety concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Communication:
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents participants and fellow staff members.
  • Provide updates on program activities via Connecteam.
  • Address questions concerns and feedback from parents and participants professionally.

• Previous experience coaching or playing Baseball.
• Knowledge of Baseball rules and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills especially when working with children and parents.
• A passion for youth sports and the development of young athletes.
• Patience enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work each weekend of the given season (Spring Summer etc.)
• Ability to efficiently solve problems
• Ability to motivate and manage others (i.e. coaches)
• Extremely reliable and responsible
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background check
