Job Summary

The Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District has anticipated openings for two (2) Site Coordinators to work in the Before and After School Extension Programs in Bridgewater.

Responsibilities:

- Main contact for parents/families

- Work with Central Office for all payments & communicating late payment

- Communicate with families regarding payments behavioral issues or conflicts

- Help with scheduling staff

- Responsible for weekly events (craft & supplies games sports etc.)

- Oversees daily operations of BASE at each site (Mitchell and Williams)

Job Type: Full-time (up to 32 hours per week)

Job Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM; half days are 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM; shifts may vary and are assigned by the BASE Director

**Monday through Friday

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a preschool or education setting
CPR certification

Proficiency in Excel

Knowledge of Google (Docs Sheets Forms etc.) to facilitate use of the online calendar

Supervisory experience preferred
