Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced BAS / Controls Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity supporting installation and commissioning projects within airports secure facilities and other live critical environments.

• Manage BAS/DDC controls projects from kickoff through commissioning
• Coordinate field crews subcontractors and project operations
• Oversee scheduling materials job costs startup and change orders
• Support phased work shutdowns and off-hours/night work execution
• Review submittals installation sequencing and commissioning activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients GCs reps and inspectors
• Ensure compliance with safety security and facility access requirements

• 5 years of BAS controls or HVAC/mechanical project management experience
• Strong knowledge of DDC controls installation and HVAC systems
• Experience working in airports secure facilities hospitals data centers or live critical environments
• Familiarity with Niagara Siemens JCI Honeywell or Schneider systems
• Strong scheduling communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
• Ability to obtain and maintain security badging/clearance
