Position Summary
Southwest Electrical Contracting Services LLC (SWECS) is seeking a Building Automation System (BAS) Panel Builder to join our growing EMCS team. This position is responsible for assembling wiring testing and troubleshooting BAS control panels for commercial and industrial projects while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with electrical standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble and wire BAS control panels from electrical schematics and drawings.
Install controllers relays transformers power supplies terminal blocks and other electrical components.
Perform point-to-point wiring labeling and panel testing.
Troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
Ensure all work meets company quality and NEC standards.
Qualifications
2 years of experience building electrical or control panels.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience with low-voltage control wiring and electrical testing equipment.
BAS panel experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
