What Youll Do

• Prepare and serve beverages for bar guests and dining service.
• Deliver warm professional and seamless guest experiences.
• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming bar environment.
• Maintain proper alcohol service standards and verify guest identification.
• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions and complete tip reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and lounge areas.
• Manage bar inventory restocking and storage of supplies.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Uphold all food safety sanitation and company service standards.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails spirits beer & wine.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift carry push and pull 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.
